Due to the limitation of our appointment slots and services, please note that an appointment request does not guarantee an in-person evaluation, and an evaluation does not guarantee ongoing treatment.
If we cannot schedule you for an immediate appointment within the next 2 months, you can add your name to a waitlist. Patients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order in which their requests were received at least one week before availability.
